Crystal Phillips is an Associate with extensive trial experience. She is licensed in Florida and Alabama. She has won acquittals at jury trials in numerous types of cases, including Robbery First Degree, Burglary First Degree, Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance, Theft, Indecent Exposure, DUI, and Domestic Violence. She has had Motions to Suppress granted in drug and computer crimes cases, causing the cases to have to be dismissed. Crystal has been to the same DUI training as law enforcement, the Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement course. Additionally, she has completed the Axion Labs Hands-On 40-hour Forensic Chromatography course.
Growing up, she was an Army brat, raised mostly in Raeford, North Carolina, near Ft. Bragg. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a major in Criminal Justice in 2010 and from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2012. She is on the Board of the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National College for DUI Defense.
