Super Lawyers® limits membership to no more than 5% of all practicing lawyers in a given region, narrowing down candidates through a patented multiphase selection process. Rising Stars℠ membership is limited to no more than 2.5% of practicing attorneys, with an added restriction that nominees must be under the age of 40 or have less than 10 years of practice experience.
